We are conveniently located off Wyoming and I-40 near the Uptown/Snow Heights area. Our office is on Indian School Road just East of Moon. Our practice location was selected due to the proximity to our local hospitals and the ease and convenience for our current and future patients. Our newly renovated building allowed for adequate space for our growing practice, added staff and for the upgrade of technology and medical equipment which allows us to provide the high quality of care our patients deserve.
